TKP Lubricants Nutri Silicon spray is a silicone type lubricant for the food processing industry. This product can be used as food-grade lubricant in the direct and indirect environment of food processing, where there is a possibility of incidental food contact. Its silicone oil content: >12% Its carrier medium meets the requirements of the FDA 21CFR184.1655 and 21CFR184.1165 standards. Application: Suitable ventilation should be ensured when the product is used in closed spaces, because of its evaporating solvent.
The product should be shaken well prior to and during application, to ensure suitable homogeneity, and it must be applied on dry and clean substrate from a distance of 20 – 30 cm by spraying for a short time.
The temperature of the substrate must not exceed 50 °C during application!
